| Minutes of Meeting | The second Club Assembly of RCPD was held on Thursday 2nd of November 2023 . It was attended by 32 members. The club also held the Election of the Nominating Committee along with the Club Assembly. President Rtn Aruna Rathi in her introductory remarks, put forth her ideas about the progress and achievements of the Club in the last 4 months and also the future Plans and Actions. the main focus would be to: • To make our club a vibrant, inclusive club • To encourage participation of all members • To undertake impactful projects to make a positive difference in our chosen communities • To work in partnership with other clubs, district 3131 and Rotary International The meeting ended with President Rtn Aruna Rathi expressing her gratitude and Thanks to all members, for It takes a whole TEAM to conceive, plan and execute projects. She thanked all Directors ,Chairmen and Members of Committees, all those who contribute their time and effort to carry out the good work without any expectation of recognition or reward, and whose only reward is the satisfaction of having done good work- Without which the Club couldn’t have achieved anything. The meeting ended at 8.45 pm and the results of the 9 member Nominating Committee was announced |
