Interact District Assembly 2017 was hosted by Rotary Club of Poona Downtown along with Rotary Club of Poona. The assembly was held on 11 November 2017 at the Dewang Mehta Auditorium, Persistent Systems, SB Road. Total 322 Interactors with teachers and 66 Rotarians participated from various Rotary and Interact Clubs. The event was an absolute success because of the meticulous planning in consultation with the District Youth Services Team. The District team took a lot of initiative to support us at every stage. DG Abhay Gadgil was the Chief Guest and the famous cartoonist Mr. Charuhas Pandit was the Guest of Honour for the programme. The program started in the morning with the Registration and Breakfast at 8 am. 32 volunteers from both the host clubs worked hard to maintain the logistics so well that it was a perfectly smooth sailing event. MCs were R’Anns Meena Latey and Urmila Abhyankar who conducted the whole show with absolute precision.
