On 8th January 2018, we completed a very successful Rubella immunization camp vaccinating 750 girls in two ZP schools at TalegaonDabade. The event was coordinated by KEM RC Pune. Thanks to our very own Laila Garda and coordinator Mr Dudhane. The local organizers were the Inner Wheel club of Talegaon the ZP health dept, local hospital and school social workers and principals . There may have been about 20 or so nurses and few Doctors and other help staff. There were so many VIPs that it was difficult to keep track. Anyway, there may be a write up in the local papers. President Rajesh Gupta, Raymond and I represented RCPD...I spoke a few words to the girls in Marathi and ofcourse they gave the 3 of us roses.... Will keep you posted when the next event takes place.
