On line training for special course for Bed side Assistance / Home Nursing for woman and Youth in association with KEM HRC . Its to be done in two batches ( 100 students per batch) of about 10 months duration wherein the students will be given training on theory as well as three months of practical training. There after they will be assisted for their placements with various medical centres for the benefit of the society. The project aims to provide online training to rural and urban youth who can work in hospitals as nursing assistants/ward girls/ward boys. Our CSR Partner for this project is Chemetall. Phase -1 for this project has commenced, effective mid May 2021. KEMHRC team has been regularly sharing progress reports and Phase-1 is on track. The first batch of students will commence training around Oct/Nov 2021. We need to ensure that online content is developed and that the course is also offered online. With the improving covid situation – KEM is now considering a blended learning approach (mix of online and offline)
