On 2 August, 2015 there was a joint project of LN4 Prosthetic Hands at Indore where our club was one of the partners. RCPD members Rtns. Shabbir Jamnagarwala , Pradeep Munot,Rajesh Gupta,Rajendra Nahar and Spouse Vikram Mehmi had gone to Indore for this project with a few volunteers from Pune to help and train them how to fit these artificial hands. At Indore they have taken it as a District level project and many clubs were involved along with their DG. As a gesture of goodwill our DG Subodh also attended the project. A large number of volunteers, some of them were school students, have helped to run the project smoothly. All our members and volunteers were felicitated in the presence of our DG Subodh. 162 people were fitted with these prosthetic hands. It was a very successful project.
