Paper bag making workshop was organized at Yerwada Anganwari for the women staying in that area on 25th August from 10.30 am to 1pm.A group of 25-30 enthusiastic women had gathered here to learn this new craft in order to supplement their earning and move ahead towards self-empowerment . The workshop was conducted by Ms.Nisha Gujrati who very meticulously taught the women to make different sizes of paper bags. All the materials like -newspapers, scissors,cello-tape etc .were provided by the club and Ms.Nisha Gujrati. This is one of the projects of Empowering Women under Women in Rotary. The workshop was attended by President Supriya Banerjea, Anns Poorochi , MeenaLatey and Sumita Guha.This is a joint project with Inner Wheel Club of Rotary Downtown.
