A smart phone distribution program was conducted on 11th July 2023 at Community Care Foundation’s - Low Vision Aid Centre. 13 smart phones (Motorola G32) were distributed to moderate to severely visually impaired people. These beneficiaries belong to low socio-economic background. These smart phones were distributed to them with the thought of helping them in their education, employment and day-to-day activities. The smart phones were provided to CECF by Vision Aid-USA. A comprehensive 3 months online training will be given to these beneficiaries regarding the use of mobile phones by the Vision- Aid.
